  • Custom Graphics - match your current brand
  • Clinic News - let us know what is going on and we will update your site content.
  • Paperwork Download - ability for patients to download their paperwork and fill it out at home.
  • Links - offer patients the opportunity to view the links of your choice.
  • Medical Library - E-rehab includes a medical library page detailing 50+ medical conditions.
  • HIPAA Compliant
  • Google Map - Can be zoomed and shifted, to show information that will help patients find you
  • Site Menu - your site will contain pages describing your services, insurance you accept, staff info, links, location maps, a medical library, FAQ, contact info, and more.

Design Process

We custom design your website to strengthen your brand and promote the image that you want for your practice.

  • First you provide your own logo (we can help with creating one for you, a small additional fee might apply)
  • You fill out a Website Design Form and fax it to us, to provide guidance on what you want.
    • Colors
    • Layout
    • Style
  • We work up a design and send a mock up image for your review
  • You provide feedback and we iterate on the design (we send out a new mock up for each iteration) until you are happy with the look
  • After you have approved your design, we build the site to match the look of the design

Setup Process

One of biggest goals in servicing the needs of our physical therapy practice customers is to make the whole process EASY!
To accomplish this we have taken our years of experience owning a physical therapy clinic and building sites for over 400 practices to determine what content a great PT clinic site needs. However every practice is different, so we collect information about your practice.

  • You get a link to a web based system that collects the information we need to start on your website content.
  • Information that we collect includes:
    • Addresses and Phone Numbers
    • Staff Bios
    • Home Page Content
    • About Page Content
    • Services you offer, with descriptions
    • Insurance Providers you work with
    • Patient Testimonials
    • Other websites that you recommend
  • We also have you send us a copy of your Patient Forms so we can create a web deliverable version to put on your website

Although we have a systematic way of collecting this information we are very flexible in how you can get it to us. Many customers may already have this information in brochures, an existing website or various other formats. We are more than willing to harvest the information from these sources.

"Content is King" is a phrase often applied to why one site is better than another. Our Setup system helps us collect the initial pass on what content will go into your site, but it does not end there.

Things you can include:

  • Your Own Patient Intake Forms, that can be printed out and completed before the patients first visit
  • Add Child Pages
    • These are pages that link from one of the pages in your site menu
    • Example: The services page could have links to pages on a specific specialty - Aquatics, Balance Programs, Women's Heath, Back Pain, etc.
  • Photo Slideshows - Clinic and Treatment photos are the most useful
  • Existing Videos that you have

Changes to Content are included in the monthly fee

  • Staff Changes
  • Special Events
  • New Paperwork or other forms
  • New Testimonials
  • Additional Locations
  • New Services or Additional Information on Services

Medical Library

The medical library that we include in your site is a comprehensive repository of information on medical conditions that physical therapists commonly treat. This is information that we have extensively researched and was created solely for E-rehab customer websites and cannot be found on other PT websites or in general on the internet. It includes:

  • 14 Sections, Grouped by body part or topics
  • 60+ Diagnoses, with detailed descriptions, the majority of them include professionally created anatomical illustrations of what is described
  • 30+ Treatment Descriptions that detail what might be included in a patients care
  • 50+ Treatment Videos that show what a treatment might include, these include body part specific versions
  • 50+ Exercise Programs that can be viewed online or printed out
  • 150+ Links to additional internet resources on diagnoses
  • Easy to use Tabbed Interface
  • Multiple Layout Options
  • Utilizes website colors

Once again we have done the work for you. The FAQ section that we have created for your website provides the answers to the questions that patients most commonly ask about physical therapy.

Domain & Email

E-rehab focuses on making the whole process of getting and maintaining a domain name as easy as possible. You will get an outstanding system for emails and your own practice intranet to help facilitate communications with your staff, patients, doctors and anyone that you work with.

  • Domain Registration: We will help you select a domain name and we will purchase it for you.
  • If you already have a website or a domain name, we will manage the migration to your new site
  • Domain names will be transferred to you, if you ever elect to no longer be an E-rehab customer
  • Domain Administration
    • Domain Renewal Fees, paid by E-rehab
    • Domain Transfer to Go Daddy (If you already have a domain)
    • DNS System Administration
  • Google Apps Intranet (find out more at google.com/a)
    • We do the setup and administration for this. There is no additional fee from Google.
    • All Google Apps Systems, use a shared login
    • Email at your domain name, using the Google Gmail email system
    • Shared Calendar
    • Web Based Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations
